After the introduction, you will have already acquired the foundations of the Toroiddo^{\u00a9<\/sup>\u00a0Movement and started to integrate Toroiddo\u00a9<\/sup>\u00a0Thought into you. You\u2019ve started to feel what the full program has to offer.<\/p>}

Through the videos of the \u201cToroiddo^{\u00a9<\/sup>\u00a0Movement\u201d series, you will learn how to move in a fluid and coordinated way with one and two Intorus. Not only will you notice that your gestures become more graceful and harmonious, you will also have access to a new way to connect with your body and its movement, and you will enjoy dancing more. You will notice improvements in your body awareness and coordination. You will feel more seren@ because, by connecting with the toroidal movement from your body, your electromagnetic field will be organized.<\/p>}
