The Complete Immersion Level consists of a 9-week program after which, through the videos of the “Toroiddo^© Movement” series, you will learn to move in a fluid and coordinated way with one and two Intorus.

Not only will you notice that your gestures become funnier and more harmonious, you will also connect in a new way with the movement of your body and with the emotions that are aroused when you dance.

You will notice improvements in your body awareness and coordination. You will feel more seren@ because, by connecting with the toroidal movement from your body, your electromagnetic field will be organized.
