TOROIDDO METHOD Immersion Level – Continuation (7 weeks)
The Immersion level allows you to deepen what you have seen in the Discovery Level and thus lay the foundations of the Toroiddo method.
Through the “Toroiddo Movement” video series, you will learn to move fluidly and in coordination with one and two Intorus. Not only will you notice that your gestures become more graceful and harmonious, you will also have access to a new way of connecting with your body and its movement, and you will enjoy dancing more. You will notice improvements in your body awareness and coordination. By connecting with the toroidal movement of your body, you’ll enjoy a heightened sense of serenity as your electromagnetic field organises itself.
Through the “Toroiddo Knowledge” videos you will find information that aims to raise your level of consciousness through the understanding of your own mechanisms – what role body awareness plays in you, what benefits the interhemispheric relationship can bring you – and the mechanisms of the Universe -What is sacred geometry and how is it represented in your life?
